NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING SIDNEY CITY COUNCIL City of Sidney, Ohio Planning Commission Case No. PRZM2026-0009 Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on Monday, April 13, 2026 , as part of the City Council meeting, which begins at 5:30 p.m. in the Emergency Operation Center, located at the Sidney Police Department, 234 W. Court St, Sidney, Ohio. Council is to make a recommendation in the matter of: AJS PROPERTY VENTURES LLC MICHIGAN ST. REZONING : AJS PROPERTY VENTURES LLC IS REQUESTING THE REZONING OF SIX PROPERTIES: 514 MICHIGAN ST.; 516-518 MICHIGAN ST.; 522 MICHIGAN ST.; 524-526 MICHIGAN ST.; 528 MICHIGAN ST.; AND 312 LINDEN AVE.
