LEGAL NOTICE FOR PUBLICATION PURSUANT TO O.R.C. 719.05 The following parties, namely: Unknown transferees, assigns, executors, administrators, devisees, and heirs of Nettie E. Stewart (deceased 01/30/1948), and persons claiming by, through, or under them, addresses unknown, will take notice that the City of Sidney intends to appropriate property whose last known owner was Nettie E. Stewart, pursuant to Resolution # 47-25. This appropriation is to enable the replacement of the Spruce Street Bridge pursuant to an agreement with the Ohio Department of Transportation.
