NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING SIDNEY CITY COUNCIL City of Sidney, Ohio Planning Commission Case No. PRZM2025-0005 Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on Monday, July 14, 2025 , as part of the City Council meeting, which begins at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, located in the temporary Municipal Building, 201 W. Poplar St, Sidney, Ohio. Council is to make a recommendation in the matter of: ESTABLISHMENT OF ZONING DISTRICT FOR THE SHELBY COUNTY COMMISSIONERS ANNEXATION: INVOLVING 53.16 ACRES OF LAND. COUNTY PARCEL #02-26-03-476-001, LOCATED BETWEEN FAIR RD. AND S. VANDEMARK RD. THE SUGGESTED ZONING PLAN RECOMMENDS THE ESTABLISHMENT OF IIM - INDUSTRY / INNOVATION / MANUFACTURING ZONE FOR THE ENTIRE PARCEL.
