Cargill, a.k.a. Clara Cargill, Mary Tennery, Robert Cargill and Homer Cargill Jr. and the Unknown Spouses, if any, of such persons. The above have been named as Defendants because they are believed to have an interest in the property described as follows: 400 Jefferson St., Sidney, OH 45365, encompassing Shelby County Auditor's Parcel Nos.: 01-1825430.042 and 01-1825430.012. The object of the complaint is to quiet title on the above-captioned property in Plaintiff's name. This notice shall be published one each week for six (6) consecutive weeks. You are required to answer the complaint within twenty-eight days after the last publication of this notice. The last publication of this notice will be made on June 20, 2026. You failure to answer or otherwise respond as permitted by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure within the time stated will result in judgment by default entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
